Returns offers all customers the opportunity to return the purchased products.

We will not accept returns from countries other than that in which the order was originally shipped, returns of custom-made products or returns of items produced after your order.

Returns must take place within 14 working days from the day of receiving the product, and the shipping within the following 14 working days.

In order to carry out the return of That’s Amore Italian products online, follow these simple steps.

How to request a return
  1. Go to and click on “My account”;

  2. Click on “Return request”;

  3. Search for the order number and follow the instructions;

  4. Specify if you opened the product or not;

  5. Fill in the box with additional information:

  6. Specify the reason for your return;

  7. Click on enter the request;

  8. A new dashboard will lead you to your order specification;

  9. Select the product to return, send us a comment and attach photographic material;

  10. Your return request will be saved;

  11. We will verify the appropriateness of your request according to our return policy;

  12. Once accepted, in the same section, we will send you the address where to send the product.


That’s Amore srls customer service will help you in the return process, will contact the UPS courier and will communicate you, through the “Request return” module, the address where to send your damaged product, that you are expected to print and attach to your shipment.

  1. the courier will be in touch with you to agree on the day and the hour to pick up the product to return;

  2. choose the day and the hour, but remember that you have 2 working days from the dispatch of your return request;

  3. prepare the box, print the return label we sent you and put it in a proper laminated bag or the one provided by the courier;

  4. the courier will arrive in the day and at the hour you agreed for the return pick up. Simple, isn’t it?



During your request, you will be asked a picture and the reason for your return; if it complies with our returns policy, you will be refunded.

Note: payments may take several days to be processed, depending on one’s bank.

Returns Policy

You can return an item:

  • if you changed your mind about your purchase;

  • if the item you purchased has been delivered to you damaged or defective, if it is not what you ordered, or if it is not in compliance with the sale contract.

After 14 days from the delivery, you can receive warranty assistance for Italian products sold online by That’s Amore srls through our Customer Care, writing us at

  • Note: If you return items exercising the withdrawal right, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Once initiated the return process, you will have to send the original item within 14 working days of the date on which you received our communication.

Returns terms

The returned items must comply with our returns policy.

  1. The items must be returned in new condition, unwashed, unironed, unused and unaltered. The items must be returned with their original identification label and their original tag still attached. The items must be returned in their original box. We do not accept returns for any jewellery product. Underwear must be tried on over your own underwear and socks must be returned in their own packaging. Returns must take place within 14 working days from the delivery date. If you want to change an item, it is necessary to return the original item that will be refunded to you, and make a new purchase.

  2. Food&Wine products cannot be returned but, should any problem arise, you can request assistance by writing to our customer care
